- Commercial objects in Riga, Riga district or one of the 20 largest cities in Latvia
Transport
- A car owned by you can serve as collateral for the loan, starting with the year of manufacture from 2008. (During the term of the loan agreement, the car remains in your use)
- Moto vehicle with the year of manufacture starting from 2010 (during the term of the loan agreement, moto vehicle remains in your use)
- Freight and passenger minibuses
- Tractors with and without trailers
Industrial equipment
- Tractor equipment, including mini tractors.
- Combines, sowing equipment and mowers
- All types of forestry equipment (forwarders, harvesters, trailers with manipulators)
- Bulldozers, excavators and other tracked machinery
- Different types of mobile cranes and loaders
- Other industrial machinery to be registered with the Road Traffic Safety Directorate
